Welcome to the Farm
Our little farm is nestled in the deep valley in the foothills of the Finger Lakes. It was built in 1869, and we are only the second family to call it home. In the 18 years we’ve been here we have experimented in many different aspects of farming, but always come back to the horses, a lovely flock of chickens and ducks, our expansive culinary and medicinal herb gardens, and beautiful apples. The farm has been managed organically since our beginnings, and we utilize a highly effective system of vermiculture to produce exceptional compost for gardens, or to enrich your green spaces.
I started blogging our adventures back in 2003, and had many stops and starts along the way, but now that my husband and I find ourselves with an empty nest, I discovered how much I missed it, and decided it’s time to start sharing it all again. I am so glad to have you along for the adventure!
Our website is under construction but should be completely functional by 12/15/2018. So please bookmark this page and check back soon!

Our Heartwork with Horses
Since 2008 we have opened our farm to the community for learning and growth with the help of horses.
The farm is a peaceful place created just for healing of the equine and human spirit. The horses here have been chosen for their intuitive gifts and thoughtful dispositions.
